Also, you can now own a piece of history for $19.95! Obama commemorative plates are already out. Honestly, I can’t imagine any other president or president-elect who could sell merchandise the way Obama’s image can. Can you imagine people buying a Bill Clinton plate when he was president-elect?

Is Imagespan‘s idea of internet photography commerce the direction the web is headed in? They’ve created something called License Stream that allows photographers to embed licensing in the photo itself and allow people to purchase licenses with one click as well as track online usage of photos.
